Madonna baby daddy speaks again

	This time he says he didn't know the adoption was permanent. He says he did not understand what he signed. Anyway, the Malawian government, I repeat, is to blame for all this. If they weren't so eager to process this adoption for the convenience of a celebrity, maybe somebody would have taken the time to explain what was going on to the illiterate baby daddy.
